Logo
The name and logo show in the app header, on PDFs and in customer summaries. Phone, email, address and license print under the name on PDFs.
The next job gets this number and each one after counts up by one. Type a different number to jump ahead or fill a gap.
Folders for every new job
Each new job gets these folders, next to its estimate and P&L files. Rename or remove them any time. Folders are listed alphabetically inside a job. Changes apply to jobs created from now on.
Jobs you already have
Adds any folder from this list that an existing job is missing. Nothing is removed or renamed.
One change updates the rest. All three are on by default. Turn one off to do that step yourself.
A job moves to Billed when a balance invoice is made and to Paid when it is paid in full, and its balance invoice is marked paid. Undo a payment and it steps back. The matching estimate follows the job, and an estimate marked In Progress or Completed moves the job forward.
Edit the estimate, or add a change order and any unpaid balance invoice is recalculated and its PDF saved again. Paid invoices are never touched. Every change is kept in the job history.
Shows a one-tap Create invoice for the balance that is not yet billed.

Company cloud account
Keep your estimates, jobs, customers, schedule and job files in your company’s private cloud account. Everything stays the same on your phone, tablet and computer, and each person on your crew gets their own sign-in with Owner, Admin or Staff access.
The first time you sign in, what is on this device is copied up. Nothing here is deleted. Other companies can never see your data.
Use it in the installed app or on your own website. It may not connect while you are viewing the app inside Claude.
App language
Menus, buttons and messages on this device. Names, notes and the prices you typed are not changed.
Customer documents
Language of the estimate and invoice PDFs and the messages you text or email to customers from this device.
Color scheme
Light or dark
Match device follows your phone or computer's light or dark setting.
Schedule colors
Each kind of work gets its own color on the calendar, so you can tell a weekly client from a monthly one or a project at a glance. Tap a swatch to change it.
Address boxes first offer the addresses you have already saved for customers, jobs and estimates. With this on, they also look up street addresses online (OpenStreetMap data through the Photon service). Only the text you type into an address box is sent. Turn it off to see saved addresses only.
The location button next to each address box uses your location only when you tap it.
Saves all estimates, jobs, customers, rates, and overhead to a file. Job files such as pictures and documents are not included; they stay in the Jobs folder or this browser. Importing adds the estimates from the file and replaces your rates and overhead.
